All rooms at our Bar Harbor hotel are non-smoking* and we do not allow pets.
Smoking in designated area or off premise only.

*There is a $250 detoxification fee for smoking in any room.

Children under 14 years old are not allowed at the Inn or the Motel. There are two rooms in the Inn that can accomodate 4 people, The Bubbles Room and The Norumbega Room.

To reserve a room online, we require a 50% deposit of the full room rate with the balance due upon arrival..
We have a 14-day cancellation policy, with a $20 processing fee.
